NORA 4 Announces closed captioning and scientific special issues

The NORA 4 “Reconnecting across Europe” Conference will support live close captioning to ensure that the exciting programme is accessible to all. Feedback from the NORA 3 conference was that closed captioning was well used and helped improve access to the conference.  Many thanks to The Rich North Sea for supporting the online experience at the NORA 4 conference.

The NORA 4 team are also excited to announce that presenters at the NORA 4 conference will have the opportunity to contribute to not one but two peer reviewed special issues. With thanks the editors of Aquatic Living Resources and Aquatic Conservation. Join us at the conference to find out more!

NORA 4 – Reconnecting across Europe will take place on Gather.town, a virtual meeting platform which allows participants to “walk” around and interact with one another much as you would in an in-person conference. The interface is simple to learn and the NORA Secretariat will be offering a series of drop in sessions from 11-12 CET / 10-11GMT in the week running up to the conference to introduce those new to the format.
